Unauthorized migration rerun via missing CSRF protection

CSRF in Fetch Designs Sign-up Sheets 2.3.3 and earlier allows remote attackers to force an administrator to rerun a legacy migration. The legacy migration-rerun feature processes a state-changing request without nonce validation, allowing an attacker-controlled page to submit it with the administrator's session. Exploitation requires a logged-in administrator to visit a crafted page or click a malicious link, and the impact is limited to unauthorized migration-related state changes.
