Authenticated order modification via unchecked order identifier

IDOR in Order Cancellation & Returns for WooCommerce before 1.1.13 allows remote authenticated users to modify other customers' orders. The cancellation and return AJAX handlers trusted a submitted order identifier without verifying that the logged-in customer owned the order or that a guest supplied its order key. Subscriber-level access was sufficient to submit cancellation or return actions against another customer's order, altering its workflow state.
