CVE-2025-49335Network attack vector

Authenticated SSRF via unrestricted remote URL fetching

Published Jan 7, 2026 · Updated Jan 7, 2026

SSRF in Minnur External Media 1.0.36 and earlier allows remote authenticated users to query or modify internal services via URLs. The import-from-URL workflow accepts a Contributor-selected destination and makes the corresponding server-side request without restricting it to expected external services. Contributor-level access is required; successful exploitation uses the WordPress host's network position to reach services unavailable to the attacker directly.
