Authentication bypass in Trend Micro Endpoint Encryption PolicyServer before 6.0.0.4013 allows remote attackers to modify configurations. The DbAppDomain service improperly implements its authentication algorithm, granting unauthenticated requests access to administrator methods. Network reachability is sufficient; no credentials or user interaction are required, and exposed methods permit administrative configuration changes.
