SYSTEM code execution via unsafe Base64 deserialization

Insecure deserialization in Trend Micro Endpoint Encryption PolicyServer before 6.0.0.4013 allows remote authenticated users to execute code. DeserializeFromBase64String accepts user-supplied Base64 data without proper validation and deserializes it as trusted object data. Low-privileged access to the target is required, and successful exploitation executes attacker-controlled code in the SYSTEM context.
