Authentication throttling failure in SICK Field and Logistic Analytics products allows remote attackers to compromise accounts by brute force. The authentication path continues processing rapid failed logins without sufficient restriction; SICK has not identified its endpoint or precise control. Network access and a valid username are required, and successful guessing grants the access assigned to the compromised account.
