Memory corruption via X Record length overflow

Integer overflow in X.Org Xwayland before 24.1.7 allows local users to crash the server or access process memory through X Record requests. RecordSanityCheckRegisterClients multiplies client and protocol-range counts into a request length without rejecting integer wraparound, so oversized values pass the length check and permit out-of-bounds reads or writes. An attacker must already be an authorized X client; exploitation can interrupt the X server, disclose its memory, or corrupt process data.
