SYSTEM code execution via unsecured uninstaller path

Uncontrolled search path in the Trend Micro Apex One Security Agent allows local users to execute arbitrary code as SYSTEM during uninstall. The ntrmv uninstaller executes a program from an unsecured location, allowing an attacker-controlled binary to inherit its SYSTEM privileges. Exploitation requires prior low-privileged code execution and occurs only when an administrator uninstalls the Security Agent.
