Local privilege escalation via DLL search-order hijacking

Uncontrolled DLL loading in ClipShare Server before 3.8.5 allows local users to execute code when a higher-privileged user starts it. On Windows, clip_share.exe requests CRYPTBASE.dll and WindowsCodecs.dll without absolute paths, so its directory is searched before the system path. Exploitation requires write access to that directory and elevated execution of the server, after which the malicious DLL runs with the server's privileges.
