Remote code execution via preserved URL arguments

Remote code execution in KDE Konsole before 25.04.2 allows remote attackers to run code through a crafted external-scheme URL. When KTelnetService passes an ssh, telnet, or rlogin URL for a missing client binary, Konsole falls back to /bin/bash without clearing the URL-derived argument. Exploitation requires a browser user to approve the external-scheme prompt, and the supplied script runs with that user's privileges.
