Authenticated stored script execution via insufficient escaping
Published Jun 6, 2025 · Updated Apr 28, 2026
Stored cross-site scripting in PickPlugins Wishlist 1.0.43 and earlier allows remote authenticated users to execute scripts in visitors' browsers. Published records do not identify the affected parameter, handler, or rendering path; they attribute the flaw only to insufficient input sanitization and output escaping. Contributor-level access is required to store the payload, and a visitor must open an affected page before the script runs in that visitor's WordPress origin.

Exploitability
Present is not the same as exploitable
Compare your product and version with the public record. A matching version still requires validation against your environment.
