Authenticated service interruption via unbounded label skip

Resource exhaustion in InvenTree before 0.17.13 allows remote authenticated users to interrupt service through label printing. The label-sheet plugin's LabelPrintingOptionsSerializer accepts a skip value with no maximum and uses it to allocate an enormous Python list. Access requires an authenticated account permitted to print labels, and a sufficiently large value exhausts server memory and denies service.
