Authenticated remote code execution on backup servers
Published Oct 30, 2025 · Updated Oct 30, 2025
Remote code execution in Veeam Backup & Replication 12.0.0.1402 through 12.3.2.3617 allows remote authenticated users to execute code. Veeam has not disclosed the affected backup-server component or the operation it performs incorrectly on untrusted input. Exploitation requires a domain-joined backup server and valid domain-user access; successful attacks execute code on that server.

Exploitability
Present is not the same as exploitable
Compare your product and version with the public record. A matching version still requires validation against your environment.
