Authenticated arbitrary file read via unnormalized log path

Path traversal in Apache Ignite 2.0.0 through 2.17.0 allows remote authenticated users to read server files via the REST API. GridLogCommandHandler tests the raw cmd=log path as a string prefix instead of normalizing and canonicalizing it before FileReader opens it. The ignite-rest-http module must be enabled and reachable; valid REST access exposes files readable by the server process without reported modification.
