CVE-2025-4896Public exploitNetwork attack vector

Router crash via oversized getuid POST parameter

Published May 18, 2025 · Updated May 19, 2025

Buffer overflow in Tenda AC10 16.03.10.13 allows remote authenticated users to crash the router through a crafted getuid POST parameter. The UserCongratulationsExec handler processes an extremely large getuid value without an effective length bound, filling device memory until the router crashes. The CNA rates exploitation as requiring low privileges, and the public artifact demonstrates only device unavailability, not code execution.
