Filesystem permission bypass via unsupervised ATTACH statements

Incorrect authorization in Deno 2.2.0 through 2.2.4 allows attackers to read or write SQLite database files through node:sqlite ATTACH DATABASE. DatabaseSync checked the initial database path but passed attached database paths to SQLite without applying Deno's filesystem permission checks. Execution of attacker-controlled JavaScript in the runtime is required; attached paths can then expose or modify databases beyond granted permissions.
