Application stop via recursive class-name fallback

Uncontrolled recursion in Apache Commons Lang 2.0 through 2.6 and 3.0 before 3.18.0 allows remote attackers to stop applications via long class names. ClassUtils.getClass recursively replaces each final package separator with an inner-class separator after Class.forName rejects a candidate, so a name with many separators exhausts the thread stack. Reachability depends on an application passing attacker-controlled class names to this library method; the resulting unhandled StackOverflowError interrupts that application.
