Stored XSS in Drupal etracker before 3.1.0 allows remote authenticated users to execute JavaScript through published HTML content. The cookies_etracker submodule passes inline JavaScript into consent management without adequately verifying that the code came from an authorized user. Permission to create and publish HTML, such as content or comments, is required, exposing visitors who render the injected script.
