Local application crash via unbounded convict ID

Stack-based buffer overflow in Code Projects Police Station Management System 1.0 allows local users to crash the application. criminal::remove passes an entered convict ID to gets(), which writes without bounds into the fixed 10-byte no buffer in source.cpp. Reaching Delete Record requires a local login, and an oversized ID triggers an access-violation crash that interrupts the application.
