Stored XSS in Drupal COOKiES Consent Management before 1.2.15 allows attackers to execute JavaScript in visitors' browsers. Each service submodule controls third-party JavaScript execution but fails to verify that embedded code was supplied by an authorized user. Exploitation requires permission to create and publish HTML, enabling injected scripts to run when other users view the affected content.
