Authenticated code execution via unsafe JNDI provider URL

JNDI injection in Apache CXF before 3.6.8, 4.0.0 through 4.0.8, and 4.1.0 through 4.1.2 allows remote authenticated users to execute code. JndiHelper accepts attacker-controlled Context.PROVIDER_URL values and performs JNDI lookups through LDAP or RMI without rejecting these unsafe schemes. The flaw is reachable only when untrusted users can configure JMS; a crafted provider URL directs the host JVM to attacker-controlled JNDI content.
