Browser script execution via Document Type reflection
Published Nov 4, 2025 · Updated Nov 4, 2025
Reflected XSS in Galette before 1.2.0 allows remote attackers to execute script in a victim's browser through Document Type input. The vendor identifies the Document Type feature as the reflection point but has not disclosed the affected parameter, template, or escaping failure. Exploitation requires a victim to load attacker-controlled input; resulting script runs in the Galette origin and can read or alter data available to that browser session.

Exploitability
Present is not the same as exploitable
Compare your product and version with the public record. A matching version still requires validation against your environment.
