Unauthenticated SQL injection via unsanitized serial parameter
Published May 18, 2025 · Updated May 19, 2025
SQL injection in product_add.php in itsourcecode.com Sales and Inventory System 1.0 allows remote attackers to alter SQL via crafted serial input. The handler places the multipart POST serial value directly into a MySQL query without sanitization, validation, or parameter binding, enabling boolean-, error-, and time-based injection. No login is required, and successful exploitation permits unauthorized database reads or writes and can interrupt service.
