Service crash and log disclosure via stream stringification

Resource exhaustion in Apache CXF 3.5.10, 3.6.5, 4.0.6, and 4.1.0 allows remote attackers to crash services via large streams. DelayedCachedOutputStreamCleaner concatenates an unclosed CachedOutputStream into a warning, invoking toString() to read the entire temporary file into heap and copy its plaintext contents into logs. Reachability requires an unclosed large stream; encrypted temporary-file caching still exposes cached credentials in plaintext logs, while memory exhaustion terminates the hosting JVM service.
