Unauthenticated partial file disclosure via attacker-controlled download paths

Path manipulation in Soar Cloud HRD Human Resource Management System 7.3.2025.0408 and earlier allows remote attackers to read partial files. The download file function uses an attacker-specified filesystem path to select returned content without constraining the path to intended files. No authentication or user interaction is required; disclosure is limited to the portions of files returned by the function.
