Process crash via zero-sized PagedVec element

Divide-by-zero in FractalFir memory_pages 0.1.0 allows local users to crash a consuming process via a zero-sized PagedVec element. PagedVec accepts a zero-sized element type without validation, so reserve performs a division by zero instead of expanding capacity. Exploitation requires a consuming program to construct PagedVec with a zero-sized type and call reserve; the demonstrated consequence is that process's termination.
