Watch reboot via NULL notification-line pointer dereference

NULL pointer dereference in COROS PACE 3 through 3.1008.0 allows physically proximate attackers to reboot the watch via BLE. The notification parser skips L1 when its type is changed to 2, leaves l1_data NULL, and then dereferences it while processing a crafted message. Bluetooth-range access while the watch is advertising is sufficient; a reboot interrupts an ongoing activity and discards its recorded data.
