Unauthenticated command execution via changePerm mode injection

OS command injection in Control Web Panel before 0.9.8.1205 allows remote attackers to execute commands without authentication. The filemanager changePerm handler inserts the unvalidated t_total permission value into a shell-executed chmod command, so metacharacters invoke additional commands. Exploitation requires knowledge of a valid non-root username and runs injected commands with that user's Linux account privileges.
