CVE-2025-48700Known exploitationNetwork attack vector

Session JavaScript execution via unsanitized email HTML

Published Jun 23, 2025 · Updated Apr 21, 2026

Cross-site scripting in Zimbra Collaboration Classic UI 8.8.15, 9.0, 10.0, and 10.1 allows remote attackers to run JavaScript in a user's session. The Classic UI HTML sanitizer fails to neutralize crafted tag structures and attribute values containing @import and other script-injection vectors. Viewing a crafted email triggers execution without further interaction, exposing session-accessible sensitive information and enabling actions as the user.
