Repeater freeze via oversized form parameter

Denial of service in Tenda A15 15.13.07.13 allows remote authenticated users to freeze the repeater with a crafted HTTP POST request. The formArpNerworkSet handler passes an attacker-controlled, oversized form parameter to websDone, causing sustained CPU occupancy while processing the request. Successful exploitation requires management-interface access and leaves the device website inaccessible while the repeater is frozen.
