Persistent service interruption via oversized input-method data

Improper input validation in Android Framework 14, 15, 16, and 16-qpr2 allows local users to persistently interrupt device operation. The InputMethodInfo constructor resolves arbitrarily large IME metadata strings without a cumulative size limit, exhausting memory, while subtype-list IPC can exceed Binder transaction limits. A locally installed input method can trigger the condition without user interaction or additional execution privileges, causing an out-of-memory failure or oversized Binder transaction.
