Local privilege escalation via unclipped blur regions

Information disclosure in Android 14 through 16-qpr2 allows local users to access GPU cache data through crafted blur regions. In drawLayersInternal in SkiaRenderEngine.cpp, blur regions are not clipped to layer bounds, so crafted one- or two-pixel layers can cover the screen and expose GPU-cache side-channel data. Exploitation requires local code execution and high-complexity manipulation but no prior privileges or user interaction, and it enables local privilege escalation.
