Cross-user information disclosure via unchecked content URIs

Missing authorization in Google Cloud Android 14 through 16-qpr2 allows local users to disclose another user's content without interaction. IntentResolver chooser preview paths load thumbnails, query additional-content cursors, and invoke selection callbacks for supplied content URIs without verifying that the caller holds read access. A local app with no additional execution privileges can cause the privileged chooser to read cross-user content, while integrity and availability remain unaffected.
