Local privilege escalation via stale keyguard callbacks

A race condition in Android 14 through 16 allows local users to bypass the lockscreen during a user switch without interaction. KeyguardViewMediator can complete biometric-authentication or delayed keyguard-dismissal callbacks for the prior user after the active user changes, dismissing that prior user's keyguard instead of rejecting the stale result. Exploitation requires local access and precise timing during a user switch, and grants access beyond the lockscreen without existing privileges.
