Local privilege escalation via trusted bundle extra

SQL injection in Android MediaProvider 14 through 16 allows local users to read files belonging to other apps without user interaction. MediaProvider trusted the caller-controlled INCLUDED_DEFAULT_DIRECTORIES bundle extra when constructing access checks for relative-path renames. A local app can set this internal-only extra to bypass path checks, expose another app's files, and gain elevated access.
