Cross-profile data disclosure via voicemail ringtone migration

Information disclosure in Android 13 through 16 allows local users to read cross-profile data through voicemail ringtone handling. The setRingtoneUri path writes an attacker-supplied URI to shared preferences, and migration applies that value to another profile's voicemail notification channel. A low-privileged local app can trigger the confused-deputy path without user interaction, exposing data reachable through the injected URI.
