Unauthenticated database crash via absent coordination fields

Null pointer dereference in Bloomberg Comdb2 8.1 allows remote attackers to crash the database service with a crafted protocol buffer message. During a distributed-transaction PREPARE operation, osql_prepare passes absent optional name, tier, or master fields to strdup without null checks. Any unauthenticated TCP client that can reach a database port can terminate the Comdb2 process, interrupting that node's service.
