Administrator session theft via unsanitized mailbox name

Stored XSS in FreeScout before 1.8.180 allows remote authenticated users to steal administrator session data through a mailbox name. MailboxesController::updateSave() mass-assigns the submitted name without sanitizing it, while SystemController::ajaxHtml() returns failed-job content without HTML escaping. Exploitation requires mailbox-title edit permission, disabled CSP, and an administrator viewing affected job details or system status, where the injected JavaScript executes.
