Stored XSS via unsanitized company name

Stored XSS in FreeScout before 1.8.180 allows remote authenticated users to execute JavaScript in another user's browser via a crafted company name. The application passes the stored company_name setting through __ into Session::flash for a welcome message without neutralizing HTML or script content. An authorized account can store the payload, and passive viewing of the resulting flash message exposes the victim's browser context to script execution and session-data theft.
