Cross-mailbox message disclosure via unchecked thread access

Incorrect authorization in FreeScout before 1.8.179 allows remote authenticated users to read messages from inaccessible conversations. In ConversationsController::create, the from_thread_id lookup loads a thread and uses its conversation content without checking view permission on the source conversation. Any authenticated user who can create a conversation in one mailbox can supply another thread ID and read messages from other mailboxes or restricted conversations.
