Counterfeit device deployment via cleartext signing key
Published Oct 23, 2025 · Updated Oct 23, 2025
Cleartext key storage in Gallagher Security Command Centre Server allows local users with high privileges to export a Morpho signing key. The Morpho integration keeps the specific signing key recoverable in cleartext while it is in use, rather than preventing plaintext export. The flaw requires authenticated access to the Windows-based server and an enabled Morpho integration; the key permits deployment of a compromised or counterfeit device at that site.

Exploitability
Present is not the same as exploitable
Compare your product and version with the public record. A matching version still requires validation against your environment.
Is a vulnerable build present?
Compare these published version ranges with your installed build and any vendor patches.
- Affected versionversion=0 <=8.90
- Affected versionversion=9.00 <9.00.3831 (MR8)
- Affected versionversion=9.10 <9.10.3672 (MR7)
