Authenticated metadata disclosure via generated filter dropdowns

Information disclosure in CVAT 2.4.0 through 2.37.0 allows remote authenticated users to enumerate resource names and IDs via its API. AutoFilterSet lets Django Filter generate choice widgets whose unrestricted default querysets enumerate every referenced object in the browsable API. Any authenticated account that can open an affected endpoint can expose task, project, label, job, and quality-report metadata; large querysets can also tie up the service.
