Stored XSS in WP Smart Widgets Better Post & Filter Widgets for Elementor 1.6.1 and earlier lets contributor-level users inject scripts. The Post widget and Repeater dynamic tag accept HTML tag settings without sufficient validation and render stored values without adequate output escaping. Contributor access is required, and execution occurs when another user opens the affected page, exposing that browser session to attacker-controlled script actions.
