Stored XSS via unsanitized page content
Published May 19, 2025 · Updated Apr 28, 2026
Stored XSS in Visual Composer Website Builder 45.11.0 and earlier allows remote authenticated users to inject scripts into pages. The affected input path is undisclosed; published research identifies insufficient input sanitization and output escaping before page content is rendered. Contributor-level access is required, and the injected JavaScript runs when a user views the affected page, enabling actions in that user's browser context.

Exploitability
Present is not the same as exploitable
Compare your product and version with the public record. A matching version still requires validation against your environment.
