Authenticated session termination via unchecked target privilege
Published May 17, 2025 · Updated May 19, 2025
Improper authorization in RuoYi 4.8.0 allows remote authenticated users to force other users offline through a crafted session ID. SysUserOnlineController.batchForceLogout accepts arbitrary active-session IDs and deletes each referenced OnlineSession without comparing the target user's privilege with the caller's. The caller needs an online-session logout permission, and exploitation terminates another user's active session without changing the account.
