Process crash via incorrect decryption length

Out-of-bounds read in GNU PSPP 2.0.1 and earlier allows local users to crash pspp-convert with a crafted encrypted data file. In data/encrypted-file.c, fill_buffer makes an incorrect call to Gnulib's rijndaelDecrypt, which reads past a heap buffer while decrypting attacker-controlled file content. The command-line converter must process the crafted local file, and the documented consequence is a process crash rather than code execution or data modification.
