Unauthenticated database access via unsanitized appointment ID

SQL injection in SourceCodester Doctor's Appointment System 1.0 allows remote attackers to access its database through the id parameter. The /admin/delete-appointment.php handler inserts the unvalidated GET id value directly into an SQL query, allowing injected SQL syntax to change database operations. No authentication is required; crafted requests can enumerate database names and read, alter, or delete database data.
