Local file inclusion in Estatik Mortgage Calculator 2.0.12 and earlier allows remote authenticated users to execute server-side PHP. Patchstack has not disclosed the affected PHP function, request parameter, or file-selection operation that accepts the attacker-controlled path. Contributor-level WordPress access is required; included local files can expose sensitive data or execute PHP code already present on the server.
