Unauthenticated SQL execution via unsanitized mobilenumber

SQL injection in /profile.php in Projectworlds Human Metapneumovirus Testing Management System 1.0 allows remote attackers to execute SQL. The handler inserts the POST mobilenumber value directly into a database query without sanitization or parameter binding. The unauthenticated proof of concept uses a MySQL SLEEP expression to induce a five-second response delay, confirming blind query execution.
