CVE-2025-4809Public exploitNetwork attack vector

Authenticated memory corruption via deviceList stack overflow

Published May 16, 2025 · Updated May 17, 2025

Stack-based buffer overflow in Tenda AC7 15.03.06.44 allows remote authenticated users to corrupt stack memory through a crafted deviceList value. The fromSafeSetMacFilter function mishandles deviceList input submitted to /goform/setMacFilterCfg, producing an out-of-bounds stack write. A public proof of concept targets the overflow, but public sources do not establish arbitrary code execution or a specific service-interruption outcome.
